Responsibilities

  • Implement operations-research and AI projects for warehouse fulfillment, including intelligent order batching, wave picking, dynamic packaging optimization, and internal system iteration.
  • Build reinforcement-learning algorithms for first-mile and last-mile route planning, merchant onboarding and offboarding, regional division, order allocation, and delivery-station prediction.
  • Develop LLM-driven labor scheduling and large-model simulation and parameter-optimization capabilities for supply-chain network planning.
  • Design and implement middle-mile scheduling algorithms for dynamic trunk-line route planning and capacity scheduling, including the US TPE project.
  • Develop multimodal AI capabilities for warehouse image recognition, missing-part identification, and automatic abnormal-scenario traceability.
  • Analyze end-to-end logistics data, participate in product planning, and collaborate with product, operations, and business-analysis teams to productize algorithms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain and logistics, operations research, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in data structures and algorithm design, with proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, C++, or R.
  • Proficiency in deep learning, reinforcement learning, sequence decision-making, multi-agent reinforcement learning, operations-research optimization, integer programming, stochastic programming, and large-model applications including LLM fine-tuning and multimodal large models.
  • Relevant logistics or supply-chain algorithm implementation experience is preferred.
  • Strong learning ability, curiosity, logical reasoning, teamwork, communication, and English writing and communication skills are required.
  • Publications or project results at leading computer-science conferences or operations-research journals are preferred, including NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, KDD, AAAI, IJCAI, OR, MS, MP, M&SOM, POMS, TS, and TRB.
