Responsibilities

  • Design and execute robust automated test strategies for reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery.
  • Develop reusable Java automation libraries, utilities, page object models, and complex Selenium and TestNG test suites.
  • Use Selenium WebDriver for element strategies, synchronization, and cross-browser validation.
  • Create and maintain Cucumber feature files, step definitions, and hooks for behavior-driven testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into Jenkins continuous integration pipelines and apply pipeline-as-code practices.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks, including Appium-based testing.
  • Use GitHub Copilot or similar coding assistants responsibly while maintaining code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to communicate defects, risks, mitigation plans, and quality concerns.
  • Apply pharmacy claims or healthcare domain knowledge to create realistic and compliant test scenarios.
  • Support project milestones while working a hybrid day-shift schedule without travel.

Requirements

  • Eight to twelve years of progressive quality engineering experience focused on automation and continuous testing in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Advanced Java programming skills, including the ability to design reusable libraries, utilities, and page object models.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and cross-browser testing.
  • Strong experience with TestNG annotations, data-driven testing, parallel execution, and reporting.
  • Practical experience with Cucumber behavior-driven development, including feature files, step definitions, and hooks.
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins configuration, pipeline-as-code concepts, and continuous integration flows.
  • Experience with Appium and automation frameworks such as TestNG or Cucumber.
  • Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing automation frameworks.
  • Strong technical understanding of component systems, technology, and architecture.
  • Effective communication, documentation, customer interaction, and project management skills.
  • Pharmacy claims or broader healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and day-shift schedule.
