Responsibilities

Define and drive platform engineering strategy across the EHS product portfolio.
Design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, and Go.
Lead technical decisions across cloud architecture, automation, observability, security, resilience, and platform operations.
Partner with EHS Engineering leaders to deliver scalable platform solutions.
Champion Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD, and automation-first practices.
Coach and mentor platform engineers and promote AI-assisted engineering capabilities.
Own delivery commitments, manage risks, and contribute to technical design reviews and roadmap planning.
Ensure platform services are secure, reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Strong experience in platform, cloud, or infrastructure engineering.
Deep expertise with AWS, Terraform, containers, and Kubernetes.
Experience building and operating highly available, cloud-native platforms at scale.
Strong understanding of security, networking, observability, disaster recovery, and automation.
Proven ability to lead technical direction while remaining hands-on.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
