Responsibilities

Define and implement reusable UI framework components to support rapid feature development.
Collaborate with designers and other technical leads to implement detailed designs.
Develop complete sections of functionality from broad requirements, including edge cases and error states.
Provide technical direction and mentoring to developers through individual coaching and education.
Build and support frontend functionality for large-scale platforms involving data analysis, collaboration, planning, and visualization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable experience in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of practical software engineering experience.
5+ years of experience with component-based frameworks such as Vue, Ember, React, or Angular.
4+ years of experience developing responsive web applications.
2+ years of experience serving as a technical lead for an agile development team.
Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with AI coding tools, Webpack or Vite, Git, and Jira or similar workflow tooling.
Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and product managers to meet customer requirements.
Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a government security clearance up to TS/SCI.
Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of management experience, 2+ years of API development, TypeScript proficiency, Python or Java experience, AWS/DevOps infrastructure experience, simultaneous editing feature development, and familiarity with SQL and databases.

Salary: $140k - $200k/yr
