Responsibilities

  • Lead technical architecture reviews, risk assessments, and design decisions.
  • Create roadmaps, reference patterns, and reusable checklists to improve delivery quality.
  • Drive automation and AI adoption to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Develop custom Copilot agents and plugins for enterprise workplace workflows.
  • Design and implement automation using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Improve integrations between Microsoft 365 and platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Act as an internal consultant to shape ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to align delivery with internal standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Intune, and Entra ID.
  • Proven experience designing or delivering enterprise automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience using AI to improve operational processes and support services.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell, APIs, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with user stories and backlog-driven delivery.
  • Ability to create roadmaps and convert opportunities into practical, scalable plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Prior experience as a senior individual contributor, specialist, or internal consultant.
  • Preferred experience with ServiceNow integrations, service-desk automation, AI or automation operating models, and Mac/Linux management.
  • Preferred certifications include TOGAF, ScrumMaster, Microsoft SC-300, MD-102, or AZ-500.
