Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and help teams successfully deliver software.
Lead software consulting and delivery from ideation through production evolution.
Design solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic technical tradeoffs within client constraints.
Continue coding alongside developers while guiding teams in implementation and best practices.
Champion clean, reusable code, continuous delivery, DevSecOps practices, and other engineering practices.
Collaborate with teammates on features, design concepts, interactive prototypes, and user experience specifications.
Translate business needs into software requirements and develop technical visions focused on business value.
Mentor less experienced peers and cultivate team growth, feedback, and an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Proficiency in two or more relevant technologies, including Java and React or Angular.
Experience leading software development teams.
Knowledge of delivery approaches including test-driven development, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, and adapt to change.
Ability to bridge product and technology, develop technical vision, and focus on business value.
Ability to mentor peers and navigate ambiguous situations from multiple perspectives.
