Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the QE strategy, automation roadmap, quality standards, and quality metrics for CIAM platforms.
  • Design and architect enterprise-grade UI, API, data, service-level, contract-testing, and non-functional automation frameworks.
  • Implement stubbing, mocking, and service virtualization strategies for robust service validation.
  • Ensure end-to-end quality governance across microservices, APIs, data flows, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP identity protocols.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive shift-left and shift-right testing practices.
  • Validate cloud adoption and migration efforts across AWS and Azure environments.
  • Establish observability-driven quality engineering using Datadog and Splunk.
  • Partner with product, architecture, and engineering leadership to support quality-first delivery.
  • Mentor QE engineers and influence quality practices, stakeholder decisions, and engineering standards across teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Automation Testing.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
  • Experience designing scalable BDD, TDD, or hybrid automation frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in UI and API automation using Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, and Allure.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL-based data testing, data validation, and data pipeline verification.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, contract testing, stubbing, mocking, and service virtualization tools such as WireMock and Pact.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and cloud migration testing.
  • Experience with SonarQube, Datadog, and Splunk.
  • Strong understanding of CIAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and identity or security platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with Jira and TestRail.
  • Exposure to JMeter, K6, accessibility testing standards such as WCAG, Zero Trust architectures, and security testing practices is desirable.
  • Strong mentoring, collaboration, and partner communication skills.
