Responsibilities

  • Build agent orchestration, context management, memory, and programmatic tool-calling systems.
  • Enable AI agents to perform real work through sandboxed code execution and permission-aware data access.
  • Develop evaluations for multi-turn workflows and investigate system failures.
  • Integrate models and build inference infrastructure for scalable AI systems.
  • Create shared foundations that help product engineers build and ship agent capabilities.
  • Lead through technical decisions, hands-on implementation, and support for other engineers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including shipping and owning customer-facing LLM-powered systems after launch.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on TypeScript experience.
  • Practical experience with agent orchestration, tool calling, and context management.
  • Experience with sandboxed execution, inference infrastructure, or similarly demanding production systems.
  • Ability to use thoughtful evaluations to distinguish compelling demos from dependable systems.
  • Python experience is useful, and procurement technology experience is helpful but not required.
