Responsibilities

Manage and support hybrid infrastructure across physical data centers, AWS, and Azure.
Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, and Helm.
Manage GitOps deployments with ArgoCD and Flux.
Configure, operate, scale, and maintain highly available Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
Automate deployments, scaling, monitoring, and other operational processes.
Maintain observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring tools.
Perform root cause analysis, participate in on-call support, and contribute to incident post-mortems.
Manage SSL/TLS and code-signing certificates while applying infrastructure security and compliance best practices.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud services.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, GitOps, Kubernetes/EKS setup and operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of monitoring, observability, incident management, and on-call operations.
Scripting and automation experience with Python, TypeScript, and Bash/shell.
Understanding of networking, Linux and Windows Server administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with data streaming and CDC pipelines and administration of relational and in-memory data stores.
Configuration management and server automation experience with SaltStack and/or Ansible.
Experience managing SSL and code-signing certificates and applying security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, communication, documentation, collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.
