Responsibilities

Verify that software performs as designed.
Document test results and their implications.
Plan and implement new test strategies.
Improve the quality of Striveworks’ core products.
Communicate technical results and ideas through documents and conversations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another engineering or science discipline, or completion of a software development boot camp with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Understanding of core programming concepts and basic proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Understanding of software testing concepts and methodology.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate technical topics.
US citizenship and eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a US security clearance at the Secret level or above.
Preferred: proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestRail, React Testing Library, Postman, or similar test automation tools.
Preferred: proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Golang.
Preferred: experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Preferred: experience with Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.
Preferred: exposure to machine learning and data science concepts or libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sklearn.
Preferred: experience delivering technology solutions in secure government environments or an active Secret-or-higher US security clearance.
