About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior QA & Application Support Specialist to help test and support our internal web applications. This role focuses on reviewing developer changes, investigating user-reported issues, confirming whether problems are software bugs or workflow/data/configuration issues, and communicating clearly with both users and developers.
This is a strong fit for someone early in their QA, software support, or application support career who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable learning business workflows. This is not primarily a software development role, though there may be opportunities over time to assist with small, low-risk fixes under guidance from the development team.
