iOS Engineer, Apple Pay Security in USA

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve next-generation identity products and platforms for iOS.
  • Develop security features involving identification, authentication, secure programming, digital signatures, and PKI.
  • Create iOS user interfaces using SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Apple teams and external partners.
  • Debug and analyze software issues while contributing to secure user experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of iOS app development experience using Swift and/or Objective-C.
  • Experience or strong interest in security and secure programming, digital signatures, and PKI.
  • Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit user interface programming.
  • Understanding of computer science fundamentals.
  • Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills, with a self-motivated, critical, and detail-oriented approach.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO 18013-5, the ID Verifier API, or Verify with Wallet API is preferred.
  • Experience with low-level programming languages is a plus.
