Responsibilities

Respond to incidents and troubleshoot unknown system issues.
Design, modernize, replace, maintain, and operate systems supporting Rakuten Edy and Rakuten Cash.
Improve monitoring quality and establish operational best practices and standards.
Implement security measures including ransomware protection.
Investigate issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
Coordinate with domestic vendors in Japanese.

Requirements

More than three years of Linux or Solaris system operation experience.
Advanced Japanese ability for reading technical documents and communicating with domestic vendors.
Kubernetes operation experience is preferred.
Logstash and Filebeat installation and operation experience is preferred.
Jenkins and GitLab operation experience is preferred.
Docker operation experience is preferred.
