Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Martech integrations, APIs, connected content, currents, catalogs, data feeds, and dynamic templates for automated campaigns.
Design, build, optimize, deploy, and operate scalable backend software, microservices, serverless functions, containerized applications, and AWS cloud-native solutions.
Implement AWS solutions using Lambda, EKS, and DynamoDB, along with robust APIs and data storage architectures.
Build traceability, delivery evidence, monitoring, audit logs, test environments, guardrails, and technical foundations for controlled applied AI campaigns.
Apply security and personal-data protection standards to user-data integrations and follow data architecture guidelines.
Write, automate, execute, and document unit, integration, usability, and accessibility tests.
Create operational tools and deployment scripts, manage version control and infrastructure, and support branching, merging, and continuous releases.
Document code, architecture, procedures, designs, requirements, and operational tools, including functional and non-functional requirements in Jira.
Collaborate with Architecture, Data Management, DevOps, technical teams, and business stakeholders in agile sprints.
Estimate development work, facilitate knowledge transfer, and contribute to autonomous and proactive team practices.

Requirements

Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer using Java or Go, preferably Go.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Understanding of design patterns, software architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, hexagonal architecture, and serverless architecture.
Experience with AWS Cloud, containers, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD tools, and TDD.
Experience using AI in the development workflow, including prompting and working with LLMs.
Experience with Scrum and Jira, microservice creation, RESTful service consumption, and automated testing.
Preferred experience with marketing automation or CDP platforms such as Braze or Segment, and with Databricks or Spark.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
