Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Martech integrations, APIs, connected content, currents, catalogs, data feeds, and dynamic templates for automated CRM campaigns.
Design, develop, optimize, document, and operate scalable backend software, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
Build AWS solutions using Lambda, containerized microservices on EKS, and DynamoDB.
Create APIs, test environments, guardrails, and auditable logging for controlled AI-enabled campaigns.
Monitor delivery latency and rates and provide traceability and evidence for transactional and regulated communications.
Apply security, personal-data protection, data-architecture, and regulatory standards to integrations and storage.
Write, automate, execute, and document test cases, including integration, usability, and accessibility testing.
Develop scripts and tools for operational and deployment automation.
Manage source code and infrastructure with version control and contribute to branching and merging strategies.
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements in Jira stories and provide development estimates.
Collaborate with Architecture, Data Management, DevOps, technical teams, and business stakeholders in Agile sprints.
Maintain architecture, operational, and tool documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer between operations and development teams.

Requirements

Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer using Java or Go, preferably Go.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Understanding of design patterns, software architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, hexagonal architecture, and serverless architecture.
Experience with AWS Cloud, containers, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with TDD, Scrum, and Jira.
Experience using AI in the development workflow, including prompting and working with LLMs.
Desirable experience with marketing automation or CDP platforms such as Braze or Segment, and with Databricks or Spark.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention-to-detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
