GTM Engineer in Others

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows using n8n or Make.com.
  • Apply AI tools and large language models to data enrichment, personalized outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Use SQL, Python, and BI platforms to collect, transform, and visualize business data.
  • Integrate HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and other CRM systems with marketing and outreach tooling.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement clean, maintainable, scalable technical solutions.
  • Own strategic projects independently from initiation through delivery.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
  • Hands-on production experience building and owning workflows with automation tools such as n8n or Make.com.
  • Strong data skills with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
  • Active day-to-day use of AI tools and interest in applying them to go-to-market processes.
  • Systems-thinking orientation and ability to design maintainable solutions built to scale.
  • Native or C2 German proficiency and professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for a hybrid work setup.
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience or a track record of building a system from scratch is preferred.
