Graphics Software Intern, Direct3D in Others new

Responsibilities

  • Contribute new features to production Direct3D drivers for Windows on Arm.
  • Debug and fix issues in the driver codebase.
  • Develop and extend Direct3D API tests and demo applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers from other software teams across sites.
  • Participate in team meetings and daily engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program, or an exceptional Bachelor’s student, in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • At least two years of university studies completed.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++.
  • Experience in a Windows development environment is preferred.
  • Background in Direct3D or Vulkan graphics APIs and the underlying mathematics is a strong plus.
  • Must be enrolled in a higher education degree and returning to the course after the internship or placement.
  • Must have the right to work in the internship country without relying on Arm sponsorship.
