Responsibilities

Lead automation-first quality engineering strategies and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Design and implement scalable automation architectures spanning UI, API, mobile, and database testing.
Drive adoption of Generative AI-powered testing, large language models, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted automation.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align quality engineering with enterprise transformation goals.
Lead program planning, execution, governance, risk management, budgets, and delivery oversight.
Manage executive and C-level communications and large-scale change management initiatives.

Requirements

18+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, including deep expertise in test methodologies, frameworks, and enterprise testing practices.
10+ years of program and project management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives.
Proven experience driving test automation transformation and automation-first delivery models.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
Strong experience with executive stakeholder communications, strategic planning, governance, budgets, risks, and delivery execution.
Preferred experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, CI/CD quality engineering, DevOps-driven testing, change management, enterprise technology adoption, quality engineering transformation consulting, organizational modernization, or the insurance domain.
