Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated testing activities to improve product quality.
  • Automate functional, regression, performance, and acceptance tests.
  • Enhance and maintain end-to-end automated test coverage.
  • Analyze requirements with the Scrum team and provide test recommendations.
  • Perform feature, smoke, regression, exploratory, black-box, web application, API, and defect testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, customer service, operations, and clients.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Likely 2+ years of software testing experience, depending on learning and technical development speed.
  • Experience designing test cases, conducting black-box and exploratory testing, and reporting defects.
  • Experience testing web applications and APIs using Postman; mobile testing experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Playwright, or Katalon.
  • Basic coding ability in Java, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.
  • Experience using Postman, Git, and IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Knowledge of software development and testing processes.
  • Ability to self-learn, adapt to new technologies, work under pressure, and communicate in upper-intermediate English.
  • Experience with AI chat tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code is a plus.
  • Ability to write contextual prompts and awareness of AI output limitations and responsible handling of sensitive client data are preferred.
