Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the platform supporting ElevenLabs’ voice models and products.
  • Improve existing products and add functionality and integrations with consumer and enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Frontend, Growth, Sales, and engineering teams to understand customer needs and design solutions.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Python.
  • Strong background in backend development.
  • Familiarity with software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
  • Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems through artifacts such as past projects or GitHub contributions.
  • Kubernetes experience is a bonus.
  • Stripe or other payment-processing experience is a bonus.
  • Basic understanding of how AI models work is a bonus.
  • No formal experience, certifications, or degrees are required.
