Full Stack Engineer in UK new

Responsibilities

  • Build integrations against third-party billing and usage APIs, including authentication, incremental sync, rate limits, error handling, and schema drift management.
  • Invest in the Integrations Framework, testing harnesses, and scaffolding to make future integrations faster to build.
  • Create customer-facing interfaces for connecting, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Implement self-service capabilities for backfills, reconnects, diagnostics, credential rotation, and key rotation.
  • Expose platform capabilities through APIs as well as user interfaces.
  • Own features end-to-end from proposal and specification through implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
  • Use AI tools throughout development for code exploration, prototyping, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and owning production features.
  • Strong TypeScript skills, including modern frontend development; React is preferred.
  • Hands-on Go experience or strong backend experience with Python, Java, Node.js, or C# and enthusiasm for quickly learning Go.
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating complex third-party APIs.
  • Ability to work across the stack and own features from the database through the user interface.
  • Working proficiency with SQL.
  • Experience developing cloud solutions or using GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience using AI tools across the engineering workflow and ability to discuss their practical impact.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
  • Demonstrated interest in building high-quality web and SaaS applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Bonus experience with integration platforms or extensibility frameworks, cloud or SaaS billing data, BigQuery, data pipelines, orchestration tools, AI-powered product features, FinOps, or cloud financial management products.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
