Responsibilities

Set up transfers of data feeds from source systems into locations accessible to Foundry.
Debug delayed or missing data feeds and build problems.
Write transformations and derive datasets using Spark for distributed computation.
Design applications using the platform’s application development framework.
Rapidly develop, test, troubleshoot, and iterate applications with subject-matter experts.
Execute requests for information about the platform’s data footprint.
Collaborate with product teams to debug and understand code backing the core platform.

Requirements

Active Secret security clearance.
U.S. citizenship.
Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, PySpark, Pandas, SQL, R, or similar languages.
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures as applied to development and problem solving.
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Proven customer communication skills, including feedback gathering, execution updates, and troubleshooting.
