Responsibilities

Develop readable, testable, and efficient frontend code with React and Redux.
Deliver new features and improve platform stability, performance, and frontend infrastructure.
Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape UI development and technical direction for large projects.
Evaluate, strengthen, and document technical architecture, tools, and processes.
Implement automation and continuous delivery while reducing time to production and technical debt.
Mentor and coach engineers on system design, problem-solving, and working in uncertain environments.

Requirements

Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the software development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience as a Frontend Engineer in a SaaS technology company.
Demonstrated ability to own key features and drive end-to-end development.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
Ability to operate effectively in high-uncertainty and rapidly changing environments.
