Founding Full-Stack iOS Engineer in UK new

Responsibilities

  • Own the companion iOS app from architecture through deployment and ongoing iteration.
  • Translate emotional-state outputs from the core AI inference model into clean, intuitive app interfaces.
  • Build and ship a polished, consumer-grade mobile experience.
  • Make autonomous technical decisions as a founding engineer on a lean, distributed team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of professional iOS engineering experience; the role is not suitable for recent graduates.
  • Strong Swift proficiency and a proven track record of shipping polished, consumer-grade iOS applications.
  • Experience building data-driven apps that translate complex model or data outputs into clean, accessible interfaces.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to own technical decisions independently.
  • Ability to work across time zones in a distributed team environment.
  • Experience in consumer wearables, health technology, or AI-powered mobile products is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary of $150,000 USD or approximately GBP 75,000 for London-based candidates, plus up to 1 to 2% equity.
  • On-site in London, England, with some location flexibility potentially available; the team also has a presence in San Francisco.
  • Visa transfers and OPT transitions are acceptable, but no new visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $150k - $150k/yr
