Responsibilities

Translate requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations.
Identify repetitive manual processes and build ways to automate them.
Scope, build, test, and ship solutions independently using AI coding tools.
Develop reporting automations and internal sales tools as team needs change.
Prioritize work based on business impact and communicate trade-offs clearly.
Document tools so teammates can use and maintain them.

Requirements

Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
Ability to independently deliver working software with support from AI coding tools.
Comfort making progress on ambiguous requests and working across teams.
Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
