Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in fintech and other cutting-edge domains.
  • Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
  • Architect scalable solutions and drive implementation from prototype through production.
  • Own critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential departmental spin-off.
  • Collaborate with founders, engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Requirements

  • Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
