Responsibilities

  • Lead embedded software development for joystick products and brushless motor control.
  • Develop CAN communication between new joystick products and existing platform controllers.
  • Develop and customize bootloaders.
  • Develop and integrate on-chip CAN, I2C, SPI, and UART drivers.
  • Track and resolve BSP-level issues and bugs.
  • Support software testing and validation.
  • Write, port, and debug underlying peripheral driver programs independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, communications, or a related field.
  • More than five years of experience in embedded software development.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with STMicroelectronics SoCs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and other common hardware interfaces and protocols.
  • Proficiency with the CAN protocol, including its physical and data link layers, and experience developing CAN drivers and integrating protocol stacks.
  • Familiarity with J1939, CANopen, and CAN2.0.
  • Strong C/C++ programming, debugging, and software development skills.
  • Ability to independently write, port, and debug low-level peripheral drivers.
  • Basic control knowledge, such as PID.
