Own product features end to end across the development lifecycle, from design and implementation through refinement based on user feedback.
Develop and maintain the US payroll product using TypeScript, React, C#, Postgres, and Temporal.
Make code design decisions and improve technical standards, developer efficiency, API performance, and system scalability.
Build resilient systems, automated delivery pipelines, and complex workflow architectures.
Debug issues across the full stack and participate in production incident response and the on-call roster.
Mentor teammates, exchange constructive feedback, and help shape an inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
Full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, C#, or relational databases such as Postgres.
Experience delivering end-to-end product features and managing complex workflow architectures.
Practical familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for improving engineering workflows.
Commitment to test-driven development, trunk-based delivery, and clean API design.
Demonstrated full-stack debugging skills and experience responding to production incidents.
Empathetic mentoring, constructive communication, and collaborative team practices.
Must be able to work on the US West Coast; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
