Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-grade applications and Python scripts.
Optimize existing source code for memory usage and execution speed.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Python-based tools as a subject matter expert.
Design and implement scalable features using design patterns and industry best practices.
Mentor and groom a team of Python developers.
Manage tasks, customers, and stakeholders independently across geographies.
Communicate project progress and challenges with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

At least 6 years of relevant programming experience, with the preferred range stated as 6–8 years.
Extensive programming experience and strong understanding of Python, including advanced Python features.
Good knowledge of Generative AI concepts.
Experience designing and implementing scalable software features.
Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and multithreading or concurrent programming.
Experience with software development from design through release.
Experience using version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
Experience with Scrum in an Agile development environment.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
A BE or M Tech qualification is required.
MATLAB experience is preferred.
