Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable IAM solutions covering identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows.
Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform.
Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and federated identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
Automate user lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, and offboarding using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs.
Implement least-privilege architectures and RBAC models across the enterprise.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams on privacy regulations and internal audits.
Troubleshoot IAM incidents, system bugs, and integration issues.
Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend IAM platform functionality.
Maintain documentation for IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, or Entra ID; FusionAuth is a plus.
Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO.
Solid backend or full-stack experience with Java, .NET, or Node.
Advanced English proficiency is required for working with US clients.
