Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-volume business logic running on mainframe systems.
Monitor architecture, identify inefficiencies, and optimize code to maintain mainframe performance.
Debug, troubleshoot, and analyze complex system interactions supporting mission-critical applications.
Extract business logic from legacy systems for migration or integration with cloud-based services.
Manage DevSecOps toolchains, including monitoring, incident resolution, patching, and upgrades.
Apply security scanning, vulnerability management, containerization, cloud, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a complex and security-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices.
Experience managing DevSecOps toolchains and associated tools.
Familiarity with Git, Ansible, log management and analysis tools, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.
Knowledge of security scanning and vulnerability management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Relevant AWS, Azure, or DevOps certifications are preferred; hyperscaler certification may be obtained through Kyndryl.
