Responsibilities

  • Align and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for applications.
  • Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
  • Build and customize DevOps tools, create user-access workflows, and provide access according to defined processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
  • Automate testing and deployment activities in a DevOps environment.
  • Provide customer support for DevOps tools, resolve tickets within specified turnaround times, and follow escalation procedures.
  • Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps.
  • Experience managing DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, application onboarding, configuration, automation, and monitoring.
  • Ability to perform coding and scripting to connect software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support internal and external customers.
