Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
Support the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments.
Improve developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation.
Contribute to monitoring, alerting, dashboards, observability, and incident response.
Partner with software engineers and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes.
Participate in periodic on-call rotations and resolve operational incidents.
Maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, operational runbooks, and cost-conscious tagging practices.

Requirements

Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles in an enterprise or multi-team environment.
Hands-on experience with production AWS or GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes/EKS or similar containerized orchestration platforms.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code workflows such as Terraform and environment-specific configuration management.
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Operational experience with on-call rotations, production incidents, and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana.
Familiarity with formal ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow and cross-functional coordination.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, communication, and root-cause analysis skills.
Bonus: experience with GitOps and ArgoCD, cloud cost optimization, security automation, secrets management, policy enforcement, vulnerability or scanning workflows, and scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
