Responsibilities

  • Develop digital CRM and advisor solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Learn to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Gain hands-on experience in software development, requirements analysis, testing, integrations, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, business stakeholders, and other technology professionals.
  • Develop understanding of data, security, compliance, and responsible AI-assisted development in financial services.

Requirements

  • Be a final-year student or recent graduate in information technology, business information systems, software engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Have an interest in software development, digital business solutions, and modern cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, willingness to learn, and interest in understanding business needs.
  • Programming, software development project, cloud technology, or AI-assisted development experience through studies, work, or personal projects may be beneficial but is not required.
  • Previous Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform experience is not required.
