Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
Support software installation or modification activities and evaluate software-hardware interfaces and performance requirements.
Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Track customer feedback and requests, support timely delivery, and maintain quality of client interactions.
Monitor continuous integration, deployment, implementation, throughput, release-plan adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and current best practices.

Requirements

5-8 years of professional experience.
Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
Experience developing, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
Ability to create and execute software validation test cases and scenarios.
Ability to document technical solutions and prepare accurate project reports.
Ability to coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams on requirements, status, and delivery.
Commitment to quality assurance, customer focus, troubleshooting, and timely delivery.
