Responsibilities

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and maintainability.
Make technical decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication and resolve technical challenges.
Drive continuous improvement to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Agentforce.
Proficiency in Agentforce.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable system design.
Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
15 years of full-time education.
