Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and resolve technical challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Agentforce.
  • Proficiency in Agentforce.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable system design.
  • Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
