Responsibilities

  • Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across enterprise systems and applications.
  • Build integrated frontend and backend components for scalable, high-performing applications.
  • Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
  • Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
  • Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an emphasis on integration rather than model training.
  • Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
  • Experience with frontend technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, APIs, and cloud-native development.
