Capco Associate Talent Program in USA

Responsibilities

  • Develop and engineer software components using industry and Capco best practices.
  • Design features, estimate delivery, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary client and vendor teams.
  • Write automated tests, participate in defect triage, troubleshoot issues, and support debugging.
  • Contribute to business-process documentation and understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present conclusions to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports using multiple data visualization techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business, finance, technology, or a related major, or demonstrated interest in business, finance, and/or technology.
  • Expected graduation in December 2026.
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on office and client needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
