Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a powerful, easy-to-use data integration system.
  • Develop AI-powered data analysis features, including natural-language querying and automated insights generation.
  • Build LLM agents for data exploration, query formulation, and report generation.
  • Integrate LLM capabilities for conversational analytics and intelligent data insights.
  • Design layered, componentized application systems covering business functionality and database access.
  • Collaborate with engineering, management, product, QA, and operations teams on scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Estimate engineering effort, plan implementations, and manage system-change rollouts.
  • Independently design, code, and test major features while collaborating on complex changes.
  • Identify technical improvement opportunities and develop business cases for enhancements.
  • Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs.
  • Analyze user needs and develop software using computer science, engineering, and mathematical principles.
  • Update software, improve existing capabilities, and direct software testing and validation procedures.
  • Integrate hardware and software systems with computer hardware engineers and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years of object-oriented design experience and strong software development skills in Java.
  • At least 2 years of experience in requirements analysis, design, coding, and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
  • Preferred: experience integrating AI/ML into data analytics platforms.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Preferred: experience integrating LLMs with data visualization and analytics platforms.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns for real-time data responses.
  • Preferred: experience fine-tuning or deploying open-source LLMs.
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale data-driven systems, distributed systems, or OLAP databases.
  • Preferred: strong communication skills for working with global teams.
