Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve backend services using C# and .NET Core.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, including potential time-series data with TimescaleDB.
  • Build and maintain decoupled asynchronous systems using message brokers, queues, topics, and pub/sub.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews, branch management, task planning, and agile delivery activities.
  • Use Git and GitHub or Bitbucket for version control.
  • Collaborate with the team, solve complex technical challenges, and support team growth.

Requirements

  • Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Core, including experience with .NET 6/8+.
  • Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid PostgreSQL knowledge covering relational design and performance.
  • Advanced Git skills, including GitFlow, rebasing, and conflict resolution.
  • Previous experience working in agile teams and using Jira.
  • Fluent Spanish; English is highly valued for technical documentation and collaboration.
  • Recommended qualifications include familiarity with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus, and observability tools such as Application Insights or ELK.
