Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement high-performance, highly available, scalable model inference services for large and complex AI models.
  • Develop and optimize inference framework capabilities such as inference-engine scheduling, monitoring and alerting, and canary releases.
  • Resolve performance, resource, and stability bottlenecks in high-concurrency and large-model inference scenarios.
  • Research current inference technologies, select and innovate on technical solutions, and promote upgrades and standardization of the team’s technical system.
  • Build expertise in distributed, high-concurrency service architectures and support efficient model launches across business scenarios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Solid C/C++ programming skills, proficiency in Python, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Linux commands and multithreaded concurrency, including thread usage, synchronization locks, and thread pools.
  • Ability to identify common concurrency issues and perform basic performance tuning in multithreaded scenarios.
  • Experience developing high-concurrency distributed services and optimizing service latency and resource usage.
  • Preferred experience with and understanding of source code in Redis, RocksDB, BRPC, or gRPC high-concurrency services or frameworks.
  • Preferred understanding of GPU operating mechanisms and experience optimizing GPU service resource management and control.
