Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and perform architecture design, detailed design, implementation, unit testing, integration testing, and qualification testing for embedded software and hardware drivers.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain device drivers and low-level software components on Embedded Linux and Zephyr RTOS.
  • Design and implement operating-system abstraction layers and support software portability across operating systems.
  • Collaborate independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality embedded software solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive embedded systems or Linux embedded systems.
  • Strong C/C++ programming skills for hardware drivers, Linux kernel, embedded software, compiler, Bash/Shell Script, and Makefile development.
  • Experience with Embedded Linux driver, kernel, and U-Boot development and low-level software programming.
  • Experience with Zephyr RTOS and operating-system abstraction layers.
  • Experience with hardware manuals, schematics, and datasheets.
  • Experience with any AUTOSAR Classic Platform module, such as MCAL, BSW, ASW, or BLE.
  • Experience with I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet communication protocols.
  • Experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools such as DaVinci or ECU Spectrum.
  • Experience with emulators, simulators, debugging, and test equipment.
  • Experience with Renesas FSP for RA, RX, or RZ platforms is highly preferred.
  • Multitasking and multithreaded programming experience is a plus.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and self-management skills, plus English reading and writing proficiency.
