Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Karate DSL, or similar tools.
Write automation scripts using Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language.
Perform API testing for REST and SOAP services using tools such as Karate, Postman, or RestAssured.
Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
Write clear test cases and bug reports.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA team members.
Use testing frameworks, build tools, CI/CD tools, and version-control systems as part of the test automation process.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in test automation.
Strong Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming experience for scripting.
Experience with API testing using REST or SOAP and tools such as Karate, Postman, or RestAssured.
Familiarity with TestNG or JUnit, Maven or Gradle, and Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
Hands-on experience with Bitbucket or Git for version control.
Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or Karate is preferred.
Understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and results-driven skills.
Any graduate qualification.
