Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of AI and data-science applications and set technical direction for the data quality team.
Implement ML, NLP, GenAI, agentic AI, and statistical or ML-based anomaly detection capabilities.
Deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for internal production and client delivery platforms.
Partner with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Data Operations, and IT Infrastructure throughout the development lifecycle.
Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and methodologies to strengthen AI/ML and data quality capabilities.
Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
Experience finding patterns in data, building statistical models, and performing data exploration, visualization, and data mining at scale.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML solutions to production, including ownership of architecture and scalability decisions.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and NLP.
Deep expertise in statistical, ML-based, and AI-driven anomaly detection for data irregularities, drift, and quality issues.
Experience building or deploying LLM-based and agentic AI solutions in production is preferred.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially Azure or Google Cloud Platform, and with deploying and scaling ML workloads in production.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
