Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
  • Analyze, design, build, test, implement, monitor, and support new or revised application systems and programs.
  • Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
  • Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate system design and functionality.
  • Consult with business users, clients, and technology groups and provide user and operational support.
  • Establish operating standards and procedures, assess technology and business risks, and support compliance requirements.
  • Advise and coach new or lower-level analysts while serving as a subject-matter expert to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
