Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, operate, and maintain rider experience components end to end.
Write reliable, performant, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.
Reduce technical debt and improve tooling and code structure.
Analyze systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions while sharing knowledge across the team.
Produce technical specifications, runbooks, and documentation covering requirements, security, and privacy.
Rotate on-call, monitor production systems, fix bugs, maintain dashboards and alerts, and support production incidents.
Collaborate with product, design, data science, analytics, QA, TPM, and operations teams.

Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of software engineering industry experience.
Experience with Kotlin.
Experience with Jetpack Compose, declarative UI development, and creating shared components.
Ability to explain the reasoning behind technical decisions and work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Side projects or open-source contributions are a bonus.
