Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver advanced automotive software solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction for embedded and automotive software architectures.
  • Develop Android applications, framework components, and native software using Java and C/C++.
  • Customize Android framework modules including WindowManager, ActivityManager, Zygote, SystemServer, Views, Audio, Video, and Power.
  • Implement and customize Android HIDL interfaces and HALs.
  • Provide hands-on coding, technical mentoring, and team growth leadership.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in embedded systems and automotive software architectures.
  • Strong Java, C, and C++ programming skills.
  • Experience with Android applications, framework, and native development.
  • Extensive experience customizing Android frameworks and understanding Android boot sequence and framework module architecture.
  • Experience implementing and customizing Android HIDL interfaces and HALs.
  • Proficiency in Android system concepts, IPC, operating-system concepts, and Android internals.
  • Android AOSP P/Q expertise is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in automotive software development.
