Responsibilities

Map and maintain inventories of AI tools, models, agents, and data flows across the company.
Secure agents through managed identities, least-privilege access, logged actions, and human approval workflows.
Build controls against prompt injection, data leakage, model and package supply-chain threats, unsafe agent actions, and shadow AI.
Harden cloud compute used for AI workloads and integrate AI security events into the SIEM.
Run an ISO 42001 self-assessment, measure AI security, and enable rapid adoption of new AI tools through guardrails and reviews.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in security engineering, application security, or cloud security, including at least 2 years securing AI or ML systems, LLM applications, or agents.
Hands-on knowledge of LLM-specific threats and mitigations.
Experience securing agentic systems, including tool permissions, MCP servers, credentials, and human approval steps.
AWS security experience and identity experience, ideally with Okta.
Software engineering experience in Python or TypeScript and daily use of AI coding tools and agents.
Experience with ISO 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, or a hardware or deep-tech company is a plus.
