Responsibilities

Lead operational management of AI-powered workflows, applications, and agents, establishing ownership, standards, and repeatable ways of working.
Coordinate deployment and environment configuration across development, test, and production environments in AWS, Azure, and related cloud platforms.
Manage secrets, credentials, permissions, identity controls, dependencies, agent lifecycles, integrations, and configuration changes.
Implement infrastructure-as-code, automated configuration, deployment controls, rollback mechanisms, monitoring, and operational automation.
Own support and incident processes, troubleshoot cross-platform issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Track usage, access patterns, workflow execution, system health, anomalies, risks, and corrective actions.
Embed security, data protection, access control, responsible AI use, auditability, and compliance into operational processes.
Create and maintain playbooks, runbooks, recovery procedures, deployment standards, troubleshooting guidance, and service-restoration processes.
Work across Technology, Security, Product, and Business teams and manage relationships with AI platform providers.
Identify improvements to the reliability, usability, security, and efficiency of AI operations as adoption grows.

Requirements

Experience managing or supporting AI-powered applications, automations, or workflow tools in a production business environment.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Entra, role-based access control, authentication flows, and credential governance.
Experience with Salesforce, Mindflow or similar automation tools, and Claude or similar AI interfaces.
Understanding of APIs, connectors, workflows, and cross-platform dependency troubleshooting.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve live-environment issues across multiple systems and stakeholders.
Experience using operational monitoring tools such as CloudWatch for logs, metrics, alerts, and runtime health.
Experience managing environments, configurations, credentials, and deployment processes across SaaS and cloud platforms.
Practical experience supporting applications, automations, or integrations in AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation approaches such as Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of access control, data protection, auditability, and secure enterprise configuration.
Ability to design scalable operational processes, produce high-quality documentation and runbooks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong coordination, collaboration, prioritisation, and proactive continuous-improvement skills.
