Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI infrastructure and other cutting-edge domains.
  • Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
  • Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
  • Architect scalable solutions and own critical milestones supporting department growth and potential spin-off.
  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.

Requirements

  • Proven domain expertise in AI infrastructure or a related cutting-edge technology domain.
  • Demonstrated high-agency builder mindset and extreme end-to-end ownership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
